Works with
Kiantu connects to these tools only with your permission — for example, it reads your Google Calendar events to show meetings alongside your work sessions. Your data is shown only to you (and teammates you explicitly share with), is never sold or used for advertising, and any connection can be removed in Settings at any time. See our privacy policy.

Team reports roll up by project and goal, so teammates see the time you spent — but the detail is yours to control. Mark any session Busy and its intent, notes, goal, and project are hidden from colleagues; only the time still counts toward team totals. Set it per session, choose your own default, or let an admin apply a workspace-wide floor. Your notes and intent text stay yours — Kiantu keeps them private so even our own operators can't read them.
What does the GitHub connector actually read?
Event metadata only — commit times, PR titles, branch names. Never code, never diffs, never repo contents.
Who owns the data?
You do. Export or delete your workspace anytime. We don't sell data, train AI on it, or show ads. Read the full security page for the details.
A note from the builder
Kiantu exists because I kept ending weeks unable to say where they went. The work happened — the memory of it didn't. Building the tool I wanted meant one rule: the record has to build itself, or nobody keeps it.
